About the Event

Do Good Be Well - Run for Your Lake 5K + Polar Plunge

We are hosting our annual community fundraiser on Friday November 29th! If lines, crowds, consumerism, and chaos don’t sound conducive to your well-being, come join us for a soak during a day of doing good and feeling better. Ditch the shopping and dive into a soak with a 5k run, music, food, and more. 


All ages are encouraged to snag their swimsuit and running shoes and lace up for a post-Thanksgiving 5K and polar plunge followed by soaking, music, food and feeling good.


We are proud to dedicate 100% of the proceeds to Save Our Great Salt Lake and their efforts to bring art, activism, and policy together to ensure the Mountain West does all it can to preserve and protect the shrinking, drying, struggling Great Salt Lake.
