Announcing our last Sound Bath Concert of the season!
On Sat 9/30/23 6 PM with @omway & @rubychase in partnership with @malocasound as they open up the final night of their Healing Vibrations Retreat for a community concert rooted in ecstatic movement, dance, and song.
Set to the backdrop of a popping colorful canyon, a dutch oven dinner, and our toasty 104 F dance floor, this evening promises to be a journey of sonic medicine that flows through a few healing chapters:
Chapter 1 - REST in the natural canyon of Fall colors with a day of soaking, conversation, and a fire-side dutch oven dinner.
Chapter 2 - MEDITATION through the opening set of @omway . By weaving sound healing instruments like gongs and crystal bowls, @justindotcrawm @dantegiaco & @alexandermuzio collaborate to share the sounds of hand pans, tongue drums, every string and brass instrument under the sun, and intuitive vocals to serve meaning through musical journey.
Chapter 3 - RELEASE through movement, dance, and 104F flow as we welcome in the Fall night to the ecstatic global DJ set of @rubychase. With a focus on taking her listeners on a journey, Ruby serves up a unique ritualistic approach to live performance, weaving a broad span of musical flavors ranging from bass to latin, downtempo to house.
Blending this range of global dance tracks with her original music, ethereal live vocals and interactive invitations, Ruby’s sets turn the dance floor into a ceremony.
