Anytime people come together to try and collectively achieve something; there is a certain type of person who shows up and, without being able to help themselves, becomes a center of gravity.
Initially onboarded to help here, they end up driving disruptive change there.
Hired to do this, they informally solve that.
These people are movers, shakers, and leaders. Naturally gifted with the one thing that is often impossible to teach—an ever attentive eye for not just HOW to do the job, but for WHAT the job actually ought to be in the first place.
They occupy not just what teams think is needed but rather, what they observe is actually needed.
Around here, we call one of these people Brittani. Initially hired to join our hospitality team a few months ago, we are beyond thrilled to introduce her as our first-ever Operations Manager.
A Mink Creek local often spotted driving her side-by-side full of goats to work, she has, in short order, brought a local presence of leadership, care, and consistency that touches nearly every aspect of your experience.
If there was a local heart, muscle, and mind behind our days to come, it's found in Brittani.
The only thing worth celebrating this week, more than her new role, is HER WEDDING with Shade, one of Preston's BEST mechanics out there and forever the talent solving our technical challenges.
Congrats to Franklin, Colorado's finest farming, hustling, problem-solving power couples out there!
